Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all billing-related matters between BNBB Power & Wellness ("we," "us," "our") and our customers ("you," "your"). By purchasing from or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Pricing may change without prior notice.

  • Taxes, duties, and fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay

  • PayPal

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) / ACH payments

2.3 Payment Timing

  • One-Time Purchases: Payment is due at checkout.

  • Recurring Services (if applicable): Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle.

3. Invoicing

  • Invoices are generated automatically after checkout or manually for custom orders.

  • Invoices will be sent to the email provided during purchase.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all billing details are accurate and current.

4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest

  • A 1.5% monthly interest (or maximum allowed by law) may apply to overdue balances.

4.2 Service Suspension

  • Services or delivery may be suspended after 10 days of non-payment.

  • Reactivation will require payment of the full balance, including any applicable late fees.

5. Disputed Charges

  • Disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.

  • Send disputes to: support@bnbbpowerandwellness.com, including your invoice number and details.

We will investigate all billing concerns promptly and professionally.

6. Refunds & Credits

Refunds and credits follow our official Return & Refund Policy.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT, GST).

  • If you are tax-exempt, please provide a valid certificate before purchase.

8. Billing Errors

  • If a billing error is identified, we will correct it promptly.

  • Overcharges will be refunded or credited.

  • Undercharges will be invoiced to the original payment method.

9. Subscriptions & Recurring Charges (If Applicable)

9.1 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term.

  • We may send a reminder before renewal.

9.2 Cancellation

  • You must submit cancellation in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal.

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

10. Payment Security

We use trusted, encrypted payment platforms and do not store sensitive data.

  • Shopify Payments and third-party processors are PCI DSS compliant.

  • SSL Encryption protects all transactions.

11. Modifications to Billing Terms

  • We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time.

  • Changes take effect once published on bnbbpowerandwellness.com.

  • Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to billing.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 6 months preceding any claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jackson County, MO.

15. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement regarding billing and supersede any prior or conflicting terms.
