This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through bnbbpowerandwellness.com. Our mission is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiency for high-value, freight-shipped, and made-to-order products.

3. Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

• Merican red light therapy beds
• Oxyrevo hyperbaric chambers
• Echelon connected fitness equipment (with content plans)
• Custom or pre-order freight products

Due to customization, installation coordination, and freight handling, these products are final sale. Review all specifications before purchasing.

4. Returnable Items (Case-by-Case)

• Sunny Health & Fitness standard products
• Items with documented damage or fulfillment error

Conditions: Unused, in original packaging, with return request submitted within 2 days of delivery and proof of issue provided.

5. Return Process

Email support@bnbbpowerandwellness.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

6. Shipping Responsibilities

• Customer covers return shipping for voluntary returns
• BNBB covers return shipping for defective or incorrect shipments
• Preferred carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL with tracking

7. Pre-Orders & Limited Inventory Items

• Pre-orders are final sale once shipped
• Pre-order cancellations may incur a 25% restocking fee
• Freight costs for returns are customer’s responsibility if shipped

8. Cancellations

• Standard products: Cancel within 12 hours for full refund
• Custom / freight / pre-order items: Cancellations may incur restocking and/or shipping charges

9. Refund Timeline

• Refund decisions within 3 business days of return inspection
• Funds may take up to 14 business days to appear, depending on bank
• Partial refunds may apply for late/damaged/incomplete returns

10. Exchanges

Accepted only for incorrect or defective items within 2 days of delivery. BNBB covers shipping for verified issues.

11. Delivery Disputes

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

• Verify shipping address and check with neighbors/building manager
• Contact BNBB within 48 hours to open an investigation

12. Warranty & Service Costs

Replacement parts for eligible warranty repairs are free during the coverage period. Customers are responsible for shipping, handling, technician service fees, and labor costs for installation.

13. Legal Rights

This policy does not override U.S. consumer protection laws. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
