Whether you're pre-ordering an elite cardio system or receiving a made-to-order therapy bed, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

2. Shipping Eligibility & Destinations

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories
• P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

For remote, island, or special delivery requests, please contact support@bnbbpowerandwellness.com prior to purchase.

3. Shipping Costs & Turnkey Pricing

At BNBB, our pricing includes all essential logistics. You’ll never encounter surprise delivery fees at checkout.

• FedEx / UPS / USPS – Small parcel domestic shipping
• LTL Freight Carriers – Echelon & Merican large items
• Sea Freight Providers – Merican & Oxyrevo custom equipment
• FedEx International – Oxyrevo soft chambers (air freight)

Large items are delivered curbside or to a loading dock unless otherwise specified. Tracking is always provided.

7. Pre-Order Terms (Echelon Limited Stock Units)

• Estimated Delivery: 12–16 weeks
• Delivery Method: White-glove freight (coordinated)
• Payment Terms: Full payment collected at checkout to secure inventory
• Fulfillment Order: Based on purchase date
• Tracking & Updates: Sent throughout production and shipping

Note: Pre-ordering secures priority access to limited restock inventory.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with:

• Carrier name
• Tracking number
• Live delivery link

10. Customs, Duties & Imports (Oxyrevo & Merican Only)

• Air Freight: Import duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Sea Freight: Includes customs clearance in final price.

11. Bulk & Multi-Unit Orders

Consolidated shipping is available for qualifying multi-unit orders. BNBB coordinates freight logistics to minimize delays and simplify delivery.

14. Warranty & Service Costs

Replacement parts for eligible warranty repairs are provided at no charge during the warranty period. Customers are responsible for shipping, handling, technician service fees, and labor costs for installation.
