At BNBB Power & Wellness, we understand that many of the products we offer are substantial investments and require more coordination than a standard online purchase. Our fulfillment process is designed around clear communication, careful handling, and professional delivery support from the time your order is placed through final delivery.
This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased through BNBB Power & Wellness unless different shipping terms are clearly stated on the applicable product page, invoice, order confirmation, or written agreement.
1. Shipping Destinations
BNBB Power & Wellness ships throughout all 50 U.S. states.
Standard shipping rates and promotions may apply differently depending on the destination, product, shipment size, and delivery method.
Alaska & Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to additional freight, delivery, handling, or logistical charges.
Because many BNBB products require freight transportation or specialized handling, shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii are evaluated based on the specific product and destination.
Customers may contact BNBB before ordering to request a delivery estimate.
Special & Remote Locations
Additional charges or delivery limitations may apply to:
Remote or rural destinations
Islands
Locations with limited freight access
Residential locations requiring specialized delivery equipment
Locations that cannot accommodate standard freight vehicles
Military or restricted-access properties
BNBB does not generally ship large equipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
For unusual delivery requirements, please contact our team before placing your order.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on factors including:
Product size and weight
Delivery destination
Manufacturer or fulfillment location
Freight carrier
Delivery method
Residential or commercial delivery
Liftgate requirements
White Glove Delivery & Installation
Special access conditions
Remote-area surcharges
Applicable shipping charges may be displayed on the product page, calculated during checkout, included within the product price, or communicated separately before fulfillment.
Certain products may qualify for complimentary standard shipping. Complimentary shipping does not automatically include White Glove Delivery, installation, inside delivery, special handling, or other premium delivery services unless specifically stated.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Processing times vary by product and availability.
In-Stock Products
Products currently in stock are generally prepared for shipment as quickly as possible following payment confirmation and order processing.
Depending on the product, fulfillment may begin within approximately 1–5 business days.
Made-to-Order & Special-Order Products
Many of the advanced wellness systems offered by BNBB are manufactured or configured specifically for the customer.
Production times vary depending on:
Product model
Configuration
Color
Accessories
Electrical specifications
Branding or customization
Integrated technologies such as PEMF
Manufacturer production schedules
Made-to-order products may require approximately 1–8 weeks of production, although certain highly customized systems may require additional time.
The estimated production timeline provided on the product page or by a BNBB representative should be considered the most current estimate for that particular order.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the product, carrier, shipment origin, and destination.
Products may be transported using:
UPS
FedEx
USPS
LTL freight carriers
Dedicated freight carriers
Air freight
Sea freight
Local or regional delivery partners
Specialized White Glove delivery teams
Smaller products may arrive within several business days after shipment.
Large freight shipments, made-to-order equipment, and products shipped directly from manufacturing facilities may require several weeks in transit.
Production time and transportation time are separate.
For example, a made-to-order product must first complete production before its shipping or transit period begins.
All production and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless BNBB has expressly provided a written guaranteed delivery commitment.
5. Factors That May Affect Delivery
Although BNBB works closely with manufacturers and logistics providers to keep orders on schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our direct control.
These may include:
Manufacturer production delays
Freight carrier scheduling
Weather
Severe storms or natural disasters
Port congestion
Customs processing
Transportation disruptions
Equipment shortages
Holiday schedules
Remote delivery locations
Delivery appointment availability
Labor disruptions
Government inspections
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
Other logistical circumstances outside BNBB's reasonable control
BNBB will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when we become aware of them.
6. Standard Freight Delivery
Many large BNBB products, including red light therapy systems, hyperbaric chambers, saunas, recovery systems, and other commercial wellness equipment, may ship by freight.
Unless otherwise specified, large-equipment freight shipments are generally delivered using curbside or threshold freight service.
Standard freight delivery does not automatically include:
Inside delivery
Unpacking
Assembly
Installation
Room-of-choice placement
Electrical work
Plumbing
Construction
Stair carries
Elevator handling
Packaging removal
Customers requiring additional delivery services should contact BNBB before shipment or select an available upgraded delivery option.
7. Freight Delivery Appointments
For many large shipments, the freight carrier will contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing an accurate telephone number
Responding to carrier scheduling requests
Being available during the agreed delivery window
Ensuring someone authorized to accept the shipment is present
Providing accurate delivery-access information
Delivery appointments and arrival windows are controlled by the applicable carrier and may vary.
BNBB cannot guarantee an exact arrival time unless expressly arranged through a specialized delivery service.
8. White Glove Delivery & Installation
White Glove Delivery & Installation may be available for eligible:
Red light therapy beds
Hyperbaric chambers
Saunas
Recovery equipment
Commercial wellness systems
Other qualifying BNBB products
White Glove pricing varies based on the product, destination, installation requirements, and site conditions.
White Glove Delivery & Installation may cost up to $15,000 for standard eligible installations.
There is not one universal White Glove price for all products.
The applicable charge will be displayed, quoted, or communicated for the specific product or order.
Depending on the equipment and service purchased, White Glove Delivery may include:
Professional delivery coordination
Inside delivery
A specialized delivery crew
Unpacking
Assembly
Equipment installation
Placement within the designated installation area
Basic operational setup
Removal of packaging associated with the installation
The exact scope of service may vary by product.
9. White Glove Site Requirements
Customers purchasing White Glove Delivery & Installation are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is ready before the delivery team arrives.
This includes confirming, where applicable:
Doorway dimensions
Hallway dimensions
Ceiling clearance
Stairway access
Elevator dimensions and weight limits
Loading dock availability
Freight-truck access
Floor strength
Electrical requirements
Dedicated circuits
Required outlets
Plumbing or ventilation requirements
Any necessary construction or site preparation
Customers should review the dimensions and installation requirements for their product before ordering.
BNBB strongly encourages customers purchasing oversized equipment to measure the complete delivery path from the building entrance to the final installation location.
Additional charges may apply when delivery requires services outside the originally quoted scope, including unusual access conditions, additional labor, specialized equipment, stair carries, extended delivery time, storage, redelivery, or other extraordinary installation requirements.
10. Customer Access Responsibilities
Large freight vehicles may require substantial clearance to safely access a delivery property.
Customers are responsible for informing BNBB before shipment if the delivery location has limitations including:
Narrow roads
Gated entrances
Steep driveways
Low bridges
Weight-restricted roads
Limited turning areas
Restricted commercial vehicle access
Limited loading areas
If a standard freight vehicle cannot safely access the delivery location, alternate delivery arrangements may be required and additional charges may apply.
11. Receiving & Inspecting Freight Shipments
Customers should inspect large freight shipments upon arrival whenever reasonably possible.
Before signing the carrier's delivery documentation:
Inspect the exterior packaging or crate.
Look for visible dents, tears, punctures, crushing, water damage, or other signs of freight damage.
Photograph any visible damage.
Note visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt or Bill of Lading before signing.
Contact BNBB promptly if damage is discovered.
If damage cannot be fully inspected at delivery because the equipment remains packaged or crated, customers should document the condition of the shipment before opening it.
Photos, videos, packaging, freight documentation, and other evidence may be required to assist BNBB with a carrier or manufacturer claim.
12. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available after the carrier has accepted the shipment.
Depending on the shipment type, customers may receive:
Carrier name
Tracking number
Freight PRO number
Shipment status
Estimated arrival information
Delivery scheduling instructions
Freight tracking may update differently from traditional parcel tracking and may not provide continuous real-time location information.
13. Address Changes
Customers should verify their shipping information carefully before submitting an order.
If you need to change your delivery address, contact BNBB as soon as possible.
An address change cannot always be completed after an order has entered production or has been transferred to the carrier.
Carrier rerouting, reconsignment, storage, redelivery, or address-correction fees resulting from a customer-requested change may be the customer's responsibility.
14. Missed, Refused, or Unsuccessful Deliveries
Customers are responsible for being reasonably available to receive scheduled freight deliveries.
Additional carrier charges may result from:
Missed delivery appointments
Refused shipments
Incorrect addresses
Inaccessible delivery locations
Failure to respond to carrier scheduling attempts
Redelivery
Freight storage
Reconsignment
Customer-requested rerouting
Where these costs result from circumstances within the customer's control, the customer may be responsible for the applicable charges.
Refusing a shipment does not automatically cancel an order or qualify the order for a refund.
15. International Manufacturing & Customs
Although BNBB sells and delivers products throughout the United States, certain products may be manufactured internationally or shipped directly from an international manufacturing facility.
These shipments may involve:
International freight
Customs clearance
Import documentation
Duties
Taxes
Brokerage
Port handling
Responsibility for these costs varies by product and shipping arrangement.
When BNBB's quoted shipping arrangement includes customs clearance or import-related expenses, those charges will be handled according to the order terms.
If an order requires the customer to pay any import-related charges separately, BNBB will communicate this when applicable.
16. Bulk & Multi-Unit Orders
BNBB supports commercial, multi-unit, and bulk equipment orders.
Whenever practical, BNBB may consolidate shipments or coordinate deliveries to simplify logistics and reduce unnecessary freight handling.
Large commercial orders may require a customized freight plan based on:
Number of units
Delivery location
Loading capabilities
Installation requirements
Warehouse access
Delivery sequencing
Contact BNBB for assistance planning a multi-unit delivery.
17. Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your shipment appears delayed or cannot be located:
Review the latest tracking information.
Verify the shipping address associated with your order.
Check with your building manager, receiving department, or warehouse when applicable.
Contact the carrier if instructed by BNBB.
Contact BNBB at support@bnbbpowerandwellness.com.
Our team will assist with obtaining available shipment information and coordinating with the applicable logistics provider.
18. Shipping Damage
If your equipment arrives damaged, contact BNBB as soon as possible.
Please retain:
The product
Original packaging
Crating materials
Freight paperwork
Photos and videos of the shipment
Photos of the damaged area
Do not discard packaging or shipping materials until BNBB or the applicable carrier confirms that they are no longer required.
BNBB will work with the carrier, manufacturer, and customer to determine the appropriate next steps.
19. Warranty Parts & Service Shipping
For products covered by an applicable warranty, qualifying replacement parts may be provided according to the warranty terms for that product.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable warranty, customers may be responsible for certain expenses associated with service, including:
Shipping
Handling
Technician fees
Travel expenses
Labor
Removal
Reinstallation
Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. The applicable product warranty controls if its terms differ from this general Shipping Policy.
20. Product-Specific Shipping Terms
Because BNBB offers equipment from multiple manufacturers and across multiple wellness categories, certain products may have shipping or installation requirements that differ from this general policy.
When product-specific terms are provided on:
The product page
An invoice
A written quotation
An order confirmation
A signed agreement
those product-specific terms will apply to that order where they differ from this general policy.
21. Policy Updates
BNBB Power & Wellness may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes in our product catalog, manufacturer relationships, carrier arrangements, fulfillment procedures, or applicable requirements.
The version published on this page will display the most recent Last Updated date.
