DreamPod designed the Sport as an entry-level commercial float pod, bringing the essential systems required for professional float operation together in a streamlined platform. Integrated filtration, UV sanitation, chemical dispensing, titanium heating, lighting, and operational controls provide the core functionality needed for a complete float setup.

To simplify delivery and placement, the DreamPod Sport separates into three primary sections: the base, lid, and back piece. The base is the largest individual section.

According to DreamPod, the separated base can fit through a standard doorway. Approximately 4.5 feet of maneuvering width should be available when transporting the base through hallways and around 90-degree corners.

The DreamPod Sport requires a single-phase power outlet on its own individual GFCI breaker.

DreamPod's current setup documentation lists earlier North American systems as 220V / 60 Hz / 15A and notes that new models are 110V. Electrical requirements should therefore be confirmed for the specific unit being ordered before electrical work is completed.

Electrical work should be completed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable local requirements and the specifications supplied with the ordered unit.

Proper room preparation is an important part of creating a comfortable, functional, and easy-to-maintain float environment.

The engine box sits directly next to the Sport and houses important components used for filtration and operation. DreamPod recommends maintaining approximately two feet of clearance behind the pod so the necessary connections can be made.

Float rooms operate in a wet, high-salt environment. DreamPod recommends using durable and nonporous materials wherever possible.

• Flooring: Seamless non-slip vinyl or rubber flooring is recommended.
• Tiled Floors: If tile is used, the subfloor should be properly waterproofed and epoxy grout should be considered.
• Walls: Epoxy paint is recommended, with fiberglass-reinforced panels worth considering around high-traffic wet areas such as the shower.
• Ventilation: Mechanical air circulation should provide fresh air and remove stagnant air.
• Floor Drain: When possible, a floor drain between the shower and pod can make cleaning between clients easier.
• Lighting: Soft lighting is ideal during float sessions, while brighter lighting is useful for cleaning and maintenance.
• Sound & Light: The float room should be made as soundproof and lightproof as practical.

The DreamPod Sport operates as a closed-loop system and does not require permanent external plumbing or drainage to be connected directly to the pod or engine box for normal operation.

The float solution circulates and heats through the engine box. Initial filling and periodic water additions can be completed using a standard garden hose. DreamPod recommends having a dedicated water hookup inside the room when practical. When the pod needs to be drained, a submersible pump is used.

Epsom salt is an essential component of the float experience. DreamPod's Sport documentation states that the operating pod contains over 300 kg / approximately 700 lb of Epsom salt.

Customers may add the recommended Epsom salt package to their order or choose to source suitable Epsom salt separately.

Epsom salt is not included in the base price unless selected with your order.

DreamPod's optional anti-vibration mat is manufactured from silicone rubber with a minimum thickness of 10 mm and is designed to provide a more secure foundation beneath the Sport.

The DreamPod Sport is covered according to DreamPod's applicable manufacturer warranty policy. Warranty coverage, terms, limitations, and procedures are subject to DreamPod's current warranty policy.

• The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
• Original packaging and proof of purchase are required.
• Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
