The Merican M11 Plus is designed for professional use and requires a dedicated electrical circuit to ensure safe, reliable operation. Before installation, we recommend having a licensed electrician prepare the space using the following specifications.

Receptacle required: NEMA L6-50A, 250V (Required for plug-in installation)

Other Options: Hardwired installation is also supported if preferred by your electrician.

Spacing Requirements

Have at least 12 inches (30 cm) of space away from the wall to allow for proper ventilation, service access, and optimal cooling performance.

What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed, we'll begin processing it within 12–24 hours. Your order is then immediately submitted to the factory, where production begins or, if your M11 Plus is already in stock, the system is prepared for export by being professionally inspected, crated, and transported to the shipping port.

Throughout production, we remain in direct communication with the manufacturer. Before your system leaves the factory, you'll receive photos and videos of your completed M11 Plus, allowing you to see your exact bed before it begins its journey to the United States.

Ocean freight departs every Saturday. Orders placed while the bed is in stock late in the week (Thursday through Sunday) will have to wait until the following Saturday for departure from the port, but your system will already be prepared and secured for shipment.

From there, your M11 Plus is transported overseas, clears customs, and is delivered to your location. Once it arrives, BNBB Power & Wellness coordinates your complimentary white-glove delivery and professional installation, ensuring your system is properly assembled and ready for your very first treatment.
